Wayne provides direction for the management of the university's endowment, serves as principal liaison with Texas A&M University administrators and our Board of Trustees, and spearheads university-wide fundraising activities.

John Huser '89

Vice President & CFO


John oversees finance operations, including teams focused on gift administration, receipting and accounting. He also manages the departments of real estate services, gift effectiveness and donor reporting, compliance and facility operations.

Chastity Carrigan '16

Senior Vice President for Development


Chastity oversees the organization's development strategy. She ensures coordinated fundraising initiatives and donor engagement programs as well as effective advancement strategies across colleges, professional schools and satellite campuses to advance the university’s mission.

Annette Forst '88

Vice President for Development


Annette directs strategic development initiatives and team operations for eight major academic units. She oversees development strategy and engagement initiatives to secure philanthropic support for specialized academic programs in support of the university’s mission.

Patrick Williams

Vice President for Development


Patrick serves as a senior fundraising leader, building transformative donor relationships and serving as a strategic partner to university leadership to advance Texas A&M's mission and strategic priorities.

David Wilkinson '87

Associate Vice President for Development


David directs strategic development initiatives and team operations for four major academic units. He oversees development strategy and engagement initiatives to secure philanthropic support for specialized academic programs in support of the university’s mission.

Mike Pia

Chief Investment Officer


Mike manages the collective endowment benefiting the university. Through effective diversification and systematic oversight, he helps ensure that the Foundation's portfolio can perpetually meet the university’s current and future needs.

Will Fusselman '95

Vice President and General Counsel


Will is responsible for corporate legal affairs and legal aspects of the organization's nonprofit corporation status and its fundraising and asset management mission. He also serves as corporate secretary and corporate compliance officer.

Chris Speier '00

Vice President & Chief Data Officer


Chris oversees the strategic direction of all information technology, information services and research-related projects. He is also responsible for implementing and maintaining all technical systems and ensuring their integrity and security.

Monica Goetz

Associate Vice President for Marketing & Strategic Communications


Monica leads the marketing and strategic communications enterprise. She oversees brand strategy and scholarship program development and is responsible for driving data-informed marketing systems and targeted communication strategies.
